Baby Strides

This is a puppy socialization group class.

Available for puppies in their socialization period: 8 weeks to 4 months*

(*at the start of the course)

This class focuses on appropriate socialization, building confidence, strengthening your bond, and learning how to communicate effectively.

 

Ensure you can provide your puppy's vaccination record with the necessary vaccines for their age. Up to date rabies vaccination is a legal requirement in Nova Scotia. If your puppy has not yet received their rabies vaccination due to age but it is scheduled, you are welcome to get started!

 

Children are permitted but must remain respectful and not distract or interact with other people or dogs. If not, they will no longer be welcome.

Dogs of all breeds and sizes are welcome. If your dog is nervous, reactive, or aggressive, please communicate this to me before the first class, and we will discuss how to set your dog up for safety and success.

* Choke chain, prong collars, e-collars, slip leads, or any other aversive tool is not permitted during the course. If you currently use any of these tools, you are welcome to book and use a buckle collar or well-fitted harness.
